These terms apply to purchases through our store, together with the product information, shipping policy, returns policy and privacy policy presented when you order.
Prices are in Australian dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts are shown before payment. Each quantity of a duo or trio is one complete pack of two or three bottles. Please check your items, delivery details and purchase option before submitting an order.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We may decline an order before dispatch if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, there is a material listing error, or we reasonably suspect unlawful activity. We will contact you and refund any amount paid for an order we cannot supply. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a product without your agreement. Price changes do not retrospectively change a paid order.
A subscription is optional. By selecting it at checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the chosen pack at the price and interval disclosed at checkout, until cancelled. Each renewal creates a new order. The subscription price includes the displayed discount; applicable delivery charges and taxes are disclosed before purchase. The billing interval is separate from dispatch and carrier transit time.
Manage your subscription through the customer account link in your order or subscription emails. Available controls let you pause, skip or cancel future deliveries and update delivery or payment details. Make changes before the next scheduled charge shown in your account. If you cannot access your account, email us for help as early as possible. There is no minimum number of renewals and no cancellation fee. A change made after a charge does not automatically refund that order; our cancellation and returns policy applies.
We may retry an unsuccessful payment and contact you to update payment details. An order will not be dispatched until payment succeeds. Stock issues may delay or skip a renewal; we will notify you about a material delay and offer cancellation or refund of an unfulfilled order where appropriate. Any material change to an existing subscription price or terms will be communicated before it takes effect, with an opportunity to cancel before the affected renewal. We do not retrospectively change completed orders.
Our shipping policy explains delivery charges and estimated timeframes. Tell us promptly about an incorrect address, missing parcel or delivery problem so we can help. Carrier involvement does not remove our obligations to supply your order or provide remedies required by law.
Follow the directions and warnings supplied with your skincare product. Products are for external cosmetic use and are not sold as a treatment for medical conditions. Individual experiences vary. Product information does not replace advice from a qualified health professional. Nothing in this section limits liability for a defective product or misleading product information.
Our goods come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not require you to waive them as a condition of purchasing, returning goods or making a complaint.
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate order information. Do not misuse another person's account or payment details or interfere with store security. Our branding and original site content belong to us or our licensors; statutory rights and permitted uses remain unaffected.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms agreed to when an order is placed govern that order; existing subscriptions are subject to the notice arrangements above. These terms are governed by Victorian and Australian law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or forum rights available to you. Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it.
