Subscriptions are optional. When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your chosen pack every 1, 2 or 3 calendar months, as selected at checkout, until you cancel. Each payment covers one delivery. Your next billing date and subscription details are shown in your customer account.
Subscribe and save 10% on the one-time pack price: Single (one 30 ml bottle) A$53.10, Duo (two 30 ml bottles) A$100.80, or Trio (three 30 ml bottles) A$143.10 per delivery. These prices include GST. Free standard shipping applies to every subscription delivery containing 2 or more bottles, including Duo and Trio subscriptions. Standard shipping is A$11 for a single-bottle subscription delivery. Express shipping is A$15 per order and is not included in the free-shipping offer. See our shipping policy. The total and recurring charges are disclosed at checkout.
You can pause, skip or cancel future deliveries in your customer account, or use the management link in your subscription emails. Open Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to manage. There is no minimum number of renewals and no cancellation fee.
Make changes before your next scheduled payment to prevent that charge. If you need help accessing your account, email mitchstuckey@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email address. Contact us as early as possible before the next payment so we can help.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. If you want to cancel an order that has already been charged, contact us promptly. If it has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid. If it has been dispatched, our returns and refunds policy applies.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and ask you to update your payment details. We will not dispatch an unpaid order. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you about a material delay and offer cancellation and a refund of an unfulfilled order where appropriate.
We will notify you before a material change to an existing subscription's price or terms takes effect and give you an opportunity to cancel before the affected renewal. Completed orders are not retrospectively repriced.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law, including for faulty goods, misleading descriptions or orders we cannot supply.
